Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Securely pack the product in its original box, ensuring all manuals, warranty cards, and promotional gifts are included to avoid rejection.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or a designated Digimap retail location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
